Our Ocala road trip Saturday led us to the very cool Reilly Center and one of those great, always memorable gigs.
An intimate theater nestled in the quiet of suburban Ocala, the beautiful Reilly Center was renovated a few years ago specifically for live performances. It’s wooden floors and high ceilings contribute to excellent natural acoustics, but state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems kick it into high gear. Add a mezzanine and, of course, adult refreshments, and The Reilly Center delivers a fantastic evening of live entertainment.
Of course, the venue may be stunning, but the crowd, staff and radio folks all put icing on the cake! Clearly, Reilly folks love Bad Company and Foreigner, and 4NR2 loves Reilly folks!
So incredibly fortunate were we for the opportunity to rock The Reilly Center we need to shout out a big THANK YOU to Rich Rubin and the guys at Maximum Bands for thinking of us! You’re the bomb!
Reilly Center rocks!
See you all next time!
What a great night at Galuppi’s, last Saturday; absolutely one of the best places to enjoy music in South Florida. We gotta say, this place rocks!
On top of that, it was a beautiful night for Foreigner music under the stars and the crowd was fantastic! Thank you Galuupi’s!
A special thank you to Kam Falk from Never Stop Believin’, the Journey tribute show, who sat in for Miguel, and delivered an impressive performance…you are awesome Kam!
All in all, it was a great time for sure! Thanks to Grant and the staff for another fun show.
See y’all on the next one!
What could be more pleasant than a Thursday evening in beautiful Wellington, Florida, on a starry night, with food trucks in tow and a free concert with 4NR2 ?
It’s always good fun in Wellington; great to see old friends who love to party!
As usual, Rick and the guys at the amphitheater are the best; maybe you guys dig Foreigner as much as we do 😉 And thanks Joe P,!
Tip of the hat to Joe and Steve for all the heavy lifting to put on a great show.
Please stay tuned to our website or Facebook page for updates, and don’t forget to leave your comments!
See you next time!
Our first time at Galuppi’s, a cool, intimate outdoor place with a real music-lovers crowd.
Of course, December in Pompano Beach, Florida isn’t too bad, either.
Thanks, Grant, we had a great time!
See you guys again soon!
Hoping everyone made it through the storm last week with minimal suffering. Prayers go out to anyone and everyone.
As you know, our shows in Starke and Daytona were cancelled as a result. Oh, well. This is the price of living in paradise.
Our next show is December 8 at Galuppi’s in Pompano Beach. Hope to see you there!
It was a beautiful night last night at the amphitheater in Wellington, Florida. No rain in sight, food truck extravaganza and a fantastic, enthusiastic crowd who obviously enjoys FOREIGNER!
We want to thank Joe Piconcelli and Rick and the staff for making it all look easy. A big nod to Joe Riley for another great job on the sound, too. Thanks, Joe, always a pleasure to work with you!
Pics to post soon.
A shout-out to Kathy Gilbert and Pirates of the Treasure Coast and their partners for putting on a fantastic show Saturday. Everything was just perfect!
Although it was only the third year running, I’m guessing y’all are gonna be around awhile!
Thanks to all the fans old and new…you guys make it all worthwhile.
Please visit our web page at www.4NR2.us, and don’t forget our favorite “warm-up” act, Bad Inc! We’re also on Facebook here. Feel free to stop by and give us a like!
Pics are coming…if you have any you want to publish here, email us!
See you next time!
We had an awesome time in Cape Coral last night. For anyone who missed it, the bands were great and the staff and sound were top-notch. Thanks, y’all! Hope to see you again soon!
We are honored to be invited to this twice-yearly event in Cape Coral, Florida.
It’s one of the largest “bike” events in the country and draws upwards of 10,000 party-goers.
Bad Inc., our Bad Company tribute takes the outdoor stage @ 6:45, followed by original act, Modern Superstar, and then Hells Bells, perhaps the leading AC/DC tribute in the country!
Then it’s indoors for a set of beloved FOREIGNER music at the Dixie Roadhouse!
Big stage. Big lights. Big show!
It’s only a two-hour drive from Ft. Lauderdale so, for our friends in SE Florida, get your ride on and come on out and check it out!
We just picked up the Daytona Beach Bandshell show for September 2017. Thank you!
We always have a great time in Daytona; the crowd is one of the best there is and the venue…well…just spectacular!
Many thanks to the Friends of The Bandshell who keep these shows going at no cost, especially all the volunteers who donate their time and effort not only to the shows, but to all the behind-the-scenes stuff that must be done. You guys are the best!
Hope to see you there!
